What a joy it is to announce the celebration of the anniversary of our church’s founding! It’s amazing to think about, but it was 5 years ago that a small group of people gathered together with the desire to plant a church to have an impact on their community. Little did they realize what would take place, but I’m sure they dreamed of the possibilities, aren’t you?
With all of the blessings that God bestows on us, it is important that we take the time to appreciate those who share His love and His word with us. Skybridge Community Church has been blessed to be the recipients and guests of the efforts of Pastor Russell Howelton and First Lady Linda Howelton, and on Friday, Nov. 11th we invite you to honor their contributions to our church.
A celebration dinner will be held at Anne Maries, 12475 Starcrest Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78216 at 6:00 PM. Cost of the dinner is $15 and seating is limited. Your RSVP and cost of the dinner is due by Sunday, Oct. 22, 2016 to Sis. Clarice Golightly-Jenkins.
On Sunday, Nov. 13th during our worship hour we will continue the celebration with Rev. Ken Ratliff, Pastor of Christian Faith Fellowship Church of Columbia, SC. We look forward to this wonderful celebration and hope that you can share in what God is doing for Skybridge.
